LIFT CAA will use its grant for the Building Strong Starts program, which will implement an innovative, cross sector early childhood initiative through its Family Resource Center (FRC) to strengthen early relational health, promote early literacy and numeracy, and build resilience among families with young children in rural southeastern Oklahoma. Grounded in neuroscience, evidence-based practice, and a two-generation approach, this project will enhance LIFT CAA’s ability to support low-income families with children from pre-birth to age five by embedding new, collaborative strategies into an established community hub.
